The Host was very cooperative and helpful. He was waiting at the ferry for us with the key and explained the neighborhood as well
It was perfect for our family of 4. Great access to all the areas we wanted to visit while in Venice.
The property was a lovely comfortable studio apartment with a king size bed
What an incredible host! He provided us instructions on how to get to a meeting space, and then he walked us to the apartment and showed us around and gave us a couple of restaurant recommendations as well as letting us know the timing of dinner in Venice. He provided a map of Venice with water taxi number if we wanted to go to certain places.
There was a small kitchen with coffee, milk, and sugar. A small refrigerator/freezer with ice already made. We didn't cook, but you could if you wanted. We just made coffee in the morning.
Its location was wonderfully slightly off the beaten path, while minutes away from major attractions. It’s newly renovated, but the changes blend in with the surrounding architecture. It’s clear that Emilio has spent time considering small touches that a guest might like - outlets, shelves, even a liter of milk and a bottle of mineral water in the refrigerator on arrival. Quiet, comfortable, clean, and convenient. A great value.
