The property is well maintained and clean. The outdoor shower is amazing.
It was my first time in Sardinia.
Villasimius is a great place to explore the island: a gorgeous white sand beach, clear water, flowers, cleanliness, many restaurants and shops.
The villa is located in the middle between the center of Villasimius and the beach of Simius.
There is silence all around, no noise from the road can be heard. The villas are surrounded by flowers.
Each villa has its own terrace with sun loungers, armchairs, and a table for outdoor lunches.
Inside the villa there is a bedroom, a kitchen with a living room, a toilet and a shower. The kitchen has all the utensils for self-cooking.
The villa itself is in Sardinian style. This is an amazingly beautiful, well-groomed and quiet place a 10-minute walk from Simius beach. I didn't want to leave.
The managers were attentive and pleasant to talk to

villetta pulita e funzionale immersa in un bellissimo giardino .Posizione ottima tra la spiaggia e il paese.Parcheggio comodissimo e gestori simpatici ed efficenti .Da consigliare
