Communication with the host. Efficiency and understanding even if we arrived later than mentioned. Location is very good as well as parking options if you arrive with a car. Beds were super comfy and airco works very silent, which is great in hot periods like summer.
Good instructions on how to enter the building. Assumed your would have wifi to be able to contact the host when you were outside the building.
Great location out of ZTL, well equipped, excellent beds, everything new, clear and clean. Easy contact with the hostess, very responsive. Supermarkets close. Historic center 10 to 15 minutes of easy and pleasant walking. The best apartment I’ve stayed so far through Booking.com.
