Perfectly situated property right in the heart of town. We appreciated the free parking and the kindness of the owner and her cousin, Elena. Elena couldn’t have been more helpful with meeting us on arrival and leading us to the house and garage. She brought breakfast (sweets) each morning.

Charming apartment with beautiful garden in the best location near the main square. The apartment is huge with a separate kitchen dinning room and spacious living room. Furnished with interesting antiques. Really nice host. Parking is provided in a garage nearby which is a big plus. A simple breakfast is provided if desired.

The place is a true gem! the very. Huge, beautifully appointed house in the middle of Gubbio historical center with a private garage. You cannot do any better! Great beds, very clean. And the garden is something out of a dream! Warm and personable host Elena came every morning to make breakfast for us. This is absolutely one of a kind house for vacation in Umbria! And the price is very reasonable
