Apartment is located in quiet neighborhood and is close to the stores, train and metro line (10-15min) that goes to the center. City center is not that far from the apartment and we walked almost every day (30-40min). Apartment features all the kitchenware you'll need, TV, big closet and bathroom. Everything is clean and you'll get small new shampoos. Also, host was extremely nice and even send video of how to enter the building.
Very clean, landlord was extremely helpful with any questions I had.

Property is quite small but convenient for one person.
A comfortable place, all transportation is very close and you feel as if all of Milan is at your fingertips. The kitchen is excellent and has everything you need. The owner is very cooperative and responds in a very short period. You won't need more than that in Milan.
Very convenient studio apartment and everything needed for a months stay on a budget. Great for working remotely and close the M4 and an Aldi and Pam.
