Excellent communication from the owner , who is incredibly hospitable and knowledgeable.
Quiet, residential area, but also very convenient for main attractions and station.
Everything is within walking distance.

Paolo the host, was friendly and helpful .
The apartment was perfect, got the evening sun on the balcony with a nice view. 20 minutes from the tower and 20 minutes from the station.
It was clean and Newly decorated with an Italian vintage furniture
We had a great stay , the apartment is spacious and very clean with a good location, Paolo is a very helpful guy , and cares very much about the details and gives much attention to his guests from the moment you book unill you leave.
