Georgia went above and beyond to help me, she was such a joy to work with. Hands down the best air conditioning I’ve experienced in Sicily.
Nice apartment a few blocks from the city center. Good breakfast each morning. Nice lobby.
Conveniently located close to everything, yet far enough away to enjoy peaceful nights without any noise. During our stay, one of our party was hospitalized due to an issue unrelated to the hotel. The staff went above and beyond, showing incredible compassion and support. They helped organize transportation and adjusted our accommodations to ease the situation. Their kindness and assistance during a difficult time will always be remembered.
The staff was excellent. The breakfast just the right size but basically the same each day which was fine with me. The room was modern, clean and comfortable.
