Struttura davanti praticamente alla spiaggia e immersa nella passeggiata di Viareggio, la sera é molto comodo per girare lungo mare la passeggiata e visitare negozi. Servizi a portata di mano supermercato a 10 minuti a piedi. Comoda anche la struttura piccola ma accogliente perfetta per una piccola vacanza. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile al check out e risponde tempestivamente davvero gentile.
Appartamento dotato di tutti confort in posizione spettacolare, letteralmente a 2 passi dal mare e il proprietario Sandro molto gentile e disponibile.
