Great location, easy to access, felt safe, bed was great & outside terrace was nice.

Great location, especially if coming from the train station. Lots of high end stores nearby. Clean, had everything we needed. Comfy bed. Looked just like the photos. AC kept us cool on very hot days. Host was helpful and quick to respond. Overall, a nice apartment!

Excellent, friendly host, Gabriel made us feel very welcome and provided lots of useful information. Text us whilst we were there to tell us that on the first Sunday of the month State museums/galleries were free and provided a list of them. Lovely, traditional apartment in a great location. Spacious and comfortable. Plenty wardrobe/drawer space to put all your clothes away in bedroom. Good shower with plenty hot water. Extra towels and bed linen there if needed. Little private terrace attached to bedroom. Air conditioning good. Felt very safe and secure staying there. Would definitely go back.

This was a gorgeous apartment in a superb and central location. Gabriel's communication was excellent, including organising a late checkout. The kitchen is quite small but as we were enjoying all the food and coffee that Florence had to offer this wasn't a problem for us.
