Fantastic host, made everything possible to make us feel great. Villa is very close to the "clean" beach and by walk not even 3min. Host Provide umbrellas for the beach. All villa utilities are New and house is top clean. Barbecue at the terrace was great. Big Supermarket is approx 10-15min drive. Very great restaurant "Verde" was recommended by the host and it is nearby and food is Top.Good location to make day trips to major sights. Anyway, thanks to Massimo and his wife, if we have a chance we definitely will book again.
Recently, my family had the opportunity of staying at Villa Berenice in Granelli (Pachino). We had a spectacular vacation and I have many good things to say about staying at this property. The villa is well equipped with everything you need to keep you and your family comfortable. The villa has had a total renovation and has the latest in all appliances needed for your stay. The villa is located in a quiet location close to a beautiful beach. This is the perfect place to bring your family! I would like to say a special thank you to the landloard, Mr. Masssimo. He was extremely helpful in making this the trip for my family. I highly recommend Villa Berenice for a family vacation.
