Alessandro was very nice and supplied us with everything we could want (including a full pantry/fridge) and recommendations on things to do in the area. The apartment is a 10 min. drive to the airport and REALLY close (150 ft.) to a nice, sandy beach, that was empty in March (except for a couple of fisherman). It is a peaceful area, and we felt very safe! Our 8 year old LOVED the trampoline, the toys, and the bunk beds. Would definitely stay here again!
An ideal place for families. We were 6 people: me and my wife, grandparents and 2 children. Everyone was satisfied with their stay. Everything you need in the apartment and around the house, very clean, with a relaxation area next to the house. The host was very helpful, explained everything in detail when greeting us, sent helpful links to nice places around Catania, cared about our safety during our stay, asked if there were any problems, etc. I sincerely recommend it. very enjoyable stay.
This is the second time we come to Villa Francesca and again we had a perfect stay .

Near to the sea, very kind owner, nice apartement (with good equipment).
Property had everything for our stay. Owner bought a lot of groceries for our breakfast. In property was single use toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo etc.Property had toys for kids and everything what you need for babies as well.We arrived earlier and owner dropped us to comercial centre to do our shopping and have a look around until property was ready for our stay. Then he picked us up. He helped us with car rent and advised us about locations around.Sea was just 5 min walk from property.
