Communication with the provider was perfect. He was very helpful and flexible.
we had the bottom part/first floor of the v
apartment with 2 bedrooms, good sized living room with kitchen and a roofed terrace. On the second floor there's another app. that was rented. In total 3 houses in a seclyded area where members of a family live, of which 2 apt are rented out. The place is 5m drive from Tortoli, on a quiet road/rural area. The host was very accomodating and helpful.
This place is awesome! If you're one of those people who clean everything in your apartment before using it, this is the place for you. It's the cleanest place I've ever stayed. The kitchen is fully equipped; there's everything you need. Very comfortable beds. The host is super friendly and helpful, but he doesn't get in your way. . He and his father even gave us some vegetables from their garden. It's a quiet place, just a 5-minute drive from the city and 10 minutes from the first beach, and it has a big terrace where you can relax.
Apartment is more spacious than it seems on the pictures. Very clean, very well equipped (mostly very new), everything tip top, lots of storage space, air conditioning in every room. Great terrace, with a nice, cooling wind passing through frequently. Awesome BBQ place. Fantastic beaches, town centre, restaurants, supermarkets close by (by car). Last but not least, Paolo was a great and helpful host. There were some cool drinks already in the refrigerator when we arrived, plus we got some fresh tomatoes from the garden. Absolutely recommended, we would love to come back!
Das Apartement hat alles was es braucht und der Vermieter achtet darauf, dass alles tip top sauber ist. Paolo ist sehr bemüht, gibt Tips zu Stränden und Restaurants und ist jederzeit für Fragen da. Selten einen so bemühten und sympathischen Vermieter gehabt! Das Bett war mir persönlich etwas zu hart, da ich Mühe mit der Hüfte habe. Schwupps, bestellt er einen Topper 👍 :)
