Villa Penelope was shut when I arrived, but I was met by a member of staff who explained that the water system was down, and that I would be up-graded to the nearby sister Hotel (The Circeo Park Hotel). I was given a great room with a magnificent sea view, and free access to the beach club across the road. Thank you all so much!
The villa itself. Very authentic and beautiful building. A well-equipped room with everything you may need for a good stay. A fantastic sea view.
It's so homey, it doesn't feel like a hotel which we liked a lot. Amazing view, helpful staff, every corner is like a painting. Dreamy and calm. Food was fantastic, the chef and the staff were professional. Compared to all the restaurants we tried, the hotel's food was superb. Thank you.

Wonderful position ,own private beach ,plus garden Great restaurant super dinner if slightly expensive lovely room with balcony over the sea.A great find staff very professional.
