Nice view from the terrace (lake Orta).
Very nice location to swim in the lake (the 'dock', only for inhabitants of the property).
Nicely renovated property with character. Also the direct surroundings of the property.
Private feeling despite sharing of the property with others.
Nice things to to do in the neighborhood (mountain Mottarone with 'Alpyand'; waterfall; the village of Orta-San Giulio....we brought as well a visit to Milano (one hour drive)).
Enthusiastic host.
