The Villetta is new and well equipped with everything that makes for an enjoyable stay. The hosts, Federica and Ezio, were kind and helpful. The cat Oscar was an added pleasure. We stayed there for 10 days. It was convenient and pleasant.

Our stay at Villetta Lu Sciardinu was a truly relaxing and unforgettable experience. We particularly liked the location, which is secluded and surrounded by nature, but still only a 10 minute walk from the beach and the old town. Our host Fulgenzio and his wife were very helpful and easy to get in touch with. The apartment is perfect for 2 people (with a child). It also has everything you need for a longer stay. There is an outdoor shower which was really valuable during the hot days.

A bright spacious apartment with everything you need to make the stay comfortable, including a washing machine for mid-holiday laundry. It was very clean and the bed was large and comfortable. The apartment is in the lower level of the family home, but very private, there is direct access to the grassy garden from the living room/kitchen and also the bedroom, and a small pool (which we hope to use, but the weather had other ideas!). Outside has good garden furniture and a washing line. Enzio was very helpful and provided all the information we needed. A perfect base when exploring the area.

The apartment was very clean with a comfortable bed and great shower. It was equipped for longer stays with everything you need in the kitchen. We stayed three nights in March but would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the view out the back lawn. It felt like living in the quiet countryside but we were only a 10 minute walk down hill to the castle and all the Otranto amenities. The hosts are so kind and offered to drive us to and from the train station which was so generous. Highly recommended for your next trip to Otranto!
