Sara was such a lovely & very responsive host. The property was near a delightful golden sand beach (10-mins walk to the east @ Felloniche Spiaggia). The house was well-equipped, clean, simply but lovingly decorated and having meals on the beautiful roof sun terrace was a treat.
Absolutely fantastic place, highly recommended. Located in a small village Marina di San Gregorio offers quiet surroundings, see view from the terrace, fully equipped kitchen etc. You will everything you need, including a washing machine, grill and ironing board. A lot of cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee machine etc makes you feel like at home. Front terrace, back terrace (including an additional shower) and top terrace. Everything is very clean and tidy and gives you a lot of comfort. Couple of beaches in a walking distance, couple of restaurants, bars and a really nice grocery shop.
Sara and Michele (the owners) are extremely nice people with "no problem attitude" if you need anything. I could go back there even today. Thanks a lot for everything and I hope we see you again very soon !
Very nice house with great spaces outside. Very nice location for seaside walks and a sandy beach 10mins by food (and the great local bar). A very helpful and caring host! Well equipped kitchen etc. Very nice!
This was the perfect holiday house for unwinding. Sara and her husband were very kind and welcoming, and explained everything in the apartment to us. It was the perfect size for us. The beds were very comfortable and everything you would need in a kitchen was there. I loved the area as it was very quiet. If you are looking for a very relaxing stay in a quiet spot by the ocean, this is for you!!

Sara and her husband were very kind and made our stay exceptional! They shared tips for events during our trip, waited for us to check-in at midnight and took care of everything we needed.
The house is just as great as the owners ;)
