Apartment close to the sea and restaurants. In a quiet area. Lots of parking. Efficient air conditioning. Garbage can be dropped off in the square every evening. Apartment managed by the proven agency Immobiliare San Teodoro. This is important for someone who does not want to have problems with scams. The deposit of 200 euros was returned to the account within one day. Additionally paid bed linen 20 euros per person and climate tax.

Casa molto pulita molto comoda vicino al centro ed alla cinta, cucina attrezzata anche con lavatrice, TV piccolina ma ottima, giardino molto carino e la possibilità di mangiare fuori con tavolo e sedie fantastica

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral und war für unsere Bedürfnisse genau die richtige Wahl.
Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man für die Essenszubereitung braucht. Das Bad war sauber, es gab genug Ablageflächen. Die Dusche war zwar etwas spartanisch aber sauber.
Der große Garten war klasse, dort konnten wir jeden Morgen bei Sonnenschein frühstücken.
Wir waren überrascht wie wenig besucht der Ort über Ostern war. Es war überall wunderbar ruhig, wenn man morgens im Garten saß, hörte man nur Vögelchen.
Wir waren in unserem Apartment, welches sich in einem Haus mit 3 weiteren Apartments befindet, einige Nächte ohne direkte Nachbarn, was sehr angenehm war. Wir haben die Ruhe dort, und das bei strahlenden 25 Grad, sehr genossen. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.
