Alex was very helpful and was in communication even before the trip and was there to meet us on checkin and explain all the details. He also provided good references around the area for exploration.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay! Alessandro went above and beyond to help with accommodations. The turn down service was excellent, and everything was exceptionally clean.
