Very clean, great communication, and easily accessible with a key lock box. She even had a binder with information and recommendations along with a bottle of Prosecco and water for us. Right next door is a cute little cafe/restaurant and a gas station which was nice as well.

Martina, who manages the property, was wonderful and very helpful in providing information on how to access the property. The property itself was clean and very spacious with comfortable beds and great air conditioning after a day in the sun. Management also provided complimentary bottle of wine and water bottles which was very kind.

This was a great place for the value. The place was clean, calm and the owner Martina was super nice and helpful. The apartment has the minimum of what you might need for a short stay, AC is in every room and the owner even left a folder with all the tips, restaurant recommendations, pharmacies, emergency numbers etc. The location is great. There is a 20 min walk to Bellagio centre, 15 min to the public beach, there is a supermarket within 3 min walk as well. Also, there is a bus stop right across the street from the property, so we decided to take the bus all the way to Como and it was way faster and easier than taking a ferry (you avoid a lot of waiting lines).

Location to bellagio was good if you don't mind a bit of a walk to the town centre - it takes about 25 minutes to get to the harbour although that is in the middle of July when it was very hot. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Manager was very helpful. It was very hot weather but apartment managed to stay cool thanks to good design.
