The apartment was completely upgraded and modern with free parking in a garage, AC and a washing machine, was spotless and had a gorgeous private balcony. The hosts met us in person to show us around and hand over the keys. There are two grocery stores and several restaurants and cafes nearby (including an all you can eat sushi place that was not bad!). Within walking distance of the historical area.

I stayed at this place with my family and was so pleased to see that the property was fully airconditioned as weather was very hot during our stay, property owner was super nice and gave us a very warm welcome. Property had all cooking essentials, laundry essentials as well as all the necessary toiletry items available which really made us feel at home. Balcony was a bonus, we loved it so much. I'm glad we chose Viterbo Holiday House for our holiday stay and would highly recommend to anyone. I'm looking forward to coming back to Viterbo Holiday House when I visit Italy next time. A huge thanks to the property owner and her son for giving us such a warm welcome and making us feel at home. We greatly appreciate you for providing us with such an awesome service during our stay.

A very large apartment with excellent facilities and extremely clean. The owner was extremely helpful and we even had our own secure parking space. The balcony is very big and it is enjoyable to relax.

Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. Appartamento molto curato, pulito e ordinato. Ottima la presenza di un posto auto nel cortile condominiale. Posizione ottima vicino alla stazione, comunque in una zona tranquilla e vicino a Porta Fiorentina e quindi all'ingresso del centro storico di Viterbo. Appartamento dotato di una bella e spaziosa terrazza dotata di poltrone e dondolo. Ottima la pulizia e arredato con gusto. Assolutamente consigliato.
