Location cannot be better; amazing sea view close by (or from some of the rooms) directly located on a square with restaurants and the beach only 300m away (it goes down a steap hill); the best thing was the dedication of the host Valerio who said his philosophy is to make sure his guests are happy the most; after a few days I knew he meant it; he gave many great recommendations about beaches, restaurants and the area; he was always responsive and helpful and just a very friendly guy! This is the first time I give a 10 on booking because he goes the extra mile to make sure his guests have a nice stay.

Property is located on the main square, very close to restaurants, cafes, shop. Everything is clean. The beds are comfortable, bathroom is very good. Clothes dryer in the room.
Everything was perfect! Very clean and modern, situated at the square in Numana. Valerio is a superb host, will do anything to make your stay memorable. Ask him anything, and he will deliver.
Valerio made a good impact on us enjoying our stay! He was very welcoming and support us by explaining everything around the hotel and where we could go and visit, really nice guided blog about the surrounding of the location. You can tell how very passionate he is.
