I stayed in your room number 223 and unfortunately r locker in room was not working. One of hotel staff came checked and said it seems it is not working and he will come up with a manual key but he didn't come up. Later I approached reception at 9:05 AM and person there was not ready to listen anything and said he is quite busy. Also, he was very disrespectful. Politeness is the key of hospitality which I guess your receptionist in the morning shift don't know or understand. I was under the impression that since West Florence is business hotel will be a good experience which doesn't look like. I will lodge complain about this to the portal and wherever possible.
