Location, location, location. We loved the ease of walking to the key sites in Venice and about 50 steps away were nice breakfast places and gelato at night. It was convenient for the vaporettes and near so many restaurants. Great stay.

Amazing location with lovely apartment. AC was already on when we arrived! We were able to leave our luggage with them before check-in and they even put it in the apartment for us before we got back from exploring. Marco was easy to reach and helped us with any concerns.

The location was just fantastic-- very short walk to sights in San Marco, but also close to Castello neighborhood so quieter and not so crowded. The apartment was very clean and everything worked perfectly-- the shower was lovely with hot water and great water pressure, the bed (and the sofa bed, which my niece slept on) was very comfortable, and there is a stovetop to make espresso (or cook), a small refrigerator, lots of big windows for fresh air, and good air conditioning if it is hot outside. The host was very communicative and helpful-- gave us tips on getting to the airport, and places to eat, etc. Easy process for check in and check out. Definitely recommend.

Very clean and well furnished apartment! what made the experience even more delightful was the helpful service. Marco, the property manager was extremely helpful in securing a last minute ride to the airport, without which we would’ve been stranded!
