Owner Federico was an awesome host who gave us great recommendations for local eats. Place is very clean which was our no 1 priority. Spacious interior and quiet surroundings. Fast WiFi internet.
Spacious apartment, minimalist design and quality finishes, 2 balconies, nice and friendly owner, quiet part of the town, excellent espresso machine.

We had a fantastic stay in the property. Lovely apartment with newly renovated and decorated. The apartment is very spacious and worth staying. In fact if we ever visit Como I would like to stay here again. It is very close to the Lake Como and connected by major transport.
The best part is Federico had made everything very personalised. He came personally to meet with us and then checked on us again next day. He gave us all the valuable tips and recommendations. Highly recommended for anyone coming to Como.
the appartement is clean, situated in quiet residential area, 5 min walk from the lake / 20 min from the center, with A/C which is non negligible during hot summer and free parking in front of the building
