First off, staff was extremely communicative. He was amazing to work with. He met us there and showed us everything. We were very well received Everything about the property was excellent. Location was fantastic, across the road from the beach. It had an elevator so we could bring our baggage easily up. Had an excellent air conditioning. Staff was amazing. They went out of the way to help and we’re always available by text message on WhatsApp. In my entire stay in Italy, 12 days, and multiple Airbnb/hotels, this was by far the best. Best location. Really the best in general that I’ve experienced here in Italy.
Lots of space, clean, good air conditioning, good wifi, TVs in every room and excellent kitchen facilities.
Right next to the beach, in the center of Pescara, very populated area, with nice restaurants. Supermarket nearby.

La parterul blocului este cel mI cunoscut bar din oras, deschis pana la 02.00, unde se poate be, manca mici gustari sau savurezi o inghetata.
Apoi, chiar de la aparfament, incepe centrul orasului, pietonal, plin de restaurante, pizzerii si baruri.
Apartamento confortável, ótima localização e ótimo atendimento.
