great location, as it is very close to the Rialto bridge. in Venice this really helped us to find our way back easily to the hotel. ( everywhere in the city, there are arrows that direct you back to Rialto, so this location was a big plus) comfortable amenities and nice rooftop altana!!! The owner is nice and accommodating. Note that this property is located at the top floor, so this requires going up the stairs 4 floors, (perhaps not the best for an elderly couple). Also, it is an attic property with some areas with low ceilings, and not much room for young kids to run around, so this may also not be ideal for young children. Otherwise, the place is charming, comfy bed, good warm shower, the Altana gave us the extra space for enjoying some morning sun and evening cocktails! (We stayed in September which did not require the use of the air conditioning)

Perfect central location. Quirky but in a very good way. We enjoyed the roof terrace!

The apartment is completely unlike any other. It is very cosy, comfortable and relatively small but has everything that you might need. We particularly liked the double level roof terrace not only for breakfast but for watching the sunset and listening to the church bells in the evening. Yes, the stairs could be a challenge, particularly the last flight (it's on the 4th floor) but Venice is only for walking anyway. The proprietor's brother kindly met us at the Alilaguna Rialto stop and helped with our luggage. While being very close to the Rialto Bridge we were not disturbed by noise at night and it was very convenient for many restaurants and shops and vaporetto stops.

Very quirky apartment well equipped great location

The property is ideally located near the Rialto Bridge and on the doorstep is shops and restaurants. There is quite a steep climb up the stairs but it is worth it for the views from the terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need and Andrea was an excellent host.
