A simple yet fully functional home at a great location, walking distance to the beach, for a fair price

Modern and clean apartment. Very spacious! Large kitchen. Coffee pod machine was appreciated. Need my morning coffee fix. Washing machine!! The shower was sublime after long warm days out. Quiet with automatic shutters on all glass doors. Elevator in apartment block. Location is superb with beach across the road and lots of restaurants. Park next door to cool off. Tigre supermarket within walking distance. Main centre of Pescara 10 minute walk. Felt safe as a solo woman. Loved it here.

The apartment is across the beach, so in maximum 5 minutes you are there. There are a few small shops and a lot of restaurants nearby, within walking distance. At approximately 700 meters distance there is a supermarket. Almost all the restaurants have a playground on the beach for children. The beach is very well-cleaned and maintained. You are in the city center for a maximum of 20-30 minutes of walking. We communicated very well with the host, he helped us to have an early check-in and also with information about the surroundings. The apartment is very clean and well-maintained, the shower is very big, the bed from the bedroom is very comfortable, the sofa from the living room it can be extended and a huge advantage is the exterior blinds. Also, it has all the things that you need in the kitchen. For us, Pescara was a great surprise, we really enjoyed our vacation, Alessandro was a very good host, and the apartment was a perfect place for me, my husband, and my 3 years old daughter.

The location was perfect -- close to the sea and the city center. The apartment is bright, clean, cozy and comfortable with anything one would need to make it feel like home. The pictures are an accurate depiction of the apartment. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, plates, and utensils, making it easier to cook at home. The apartment is near fresh markets and the neighborhood has many good restaurants. The pedestrian area in Pescara is a great place to shop, eat and people watch. It is very nice to walk along the sea and beaches. Alessandro, the host, is attentive and very helpful.
