Great to have a washing machine and full kitchen available to us. Great location, great AC, clean, safe, the host was very kind and informative about the city and getting around. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Very well located, quiet, spacious, very clean, comfortable. Sandro was super helpful with arranging water taxis recommending restaurants.
The small canal and lovely bridge view, the first floor (no mold), very close to San Marco, spatiousness, new and modern, comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, minimalistic design, good taste, lovely details (books, small objects etc), warm and pleasant.
Exceptional apartment, fantastic location! I couldn’t have stayed at a better place in Venice.
