Everything! Spacious room, beautiful ceilings, well functioning air conditioner, everything very clean and furnished with a good taste. Silent. Comfortable bed with high quality bedsheets. In general very good atmosphere. The host is very nice and helpful. Just keep in mind that breakfast is small (two homemade pastries + juice, coffee, tea).
