the apartament , the neighbourhood , the facilities. the terrace .quiet at night
Amazing apartment! You had everything you might need and the terrace was wonderful! The property was very genuine and beautiful! Stores, supermarket and restaurants just outside the door and close by.
Tiziana gave us many good recommendations, and Maria was very helpful with check in and check out!
If I go back to Sanremo I would definitely book again!

Appartamento pulito, moderno e con un bel terrazzo. La posizione è perfetta perche in centro ma comunque in via tranquilla. Ottima accoglienza !
Wir haben uns in der Casa Timoloki sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren das zweite Mal in Sanremo und haben bewusst eine Wohnung im Centro ausgewählt, weil wir das quirlige Treiben in der Fußgängerzone, in den kleinen Geschäften und den zahlreichen Restaurants schätzen. Dass man alles zu Fuß machen kann, ist spitze. Unser Auto stand gut und bezahlbar auf dem beschränkten Parkplatz unten am Strand.
Das Apartment hat eine ganz zauberhafte Dachterrasse, ist gut ausgestattet und schön dekoriert. Es hat keine Tür zwischen Wohn-/Schlafraum und kleinem Schlafzimmer, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.
Die steilen Steinstufen nach oben und unten sind tatsächlich nur für sportliche Personen zu empfehlen.
Wir haben den unkomplizierten Kontakt mit Tiziana und Maria, die die Wohnung übergeben hat, sehr geschätzt und würden uns freuen, nochmals wiederzukommen.
