The staff was very accommodating. Gave my little girls stuffed toys as souvenirs. It was quiet hectic but he managed to keep smiling.

One of the best aspects of this hotel is its easy access to the city. It's just an 8-minute walk to Tram 2, which takes you straight into the heart of Milan, making sightseeing effortless.
