This is a wonderful place, not only for the location but for the great attention to customer service.
The pool was terrific and the views over Montesilvano fantastic. A lovely place to just stop and relax with lots to do in town too. The owner provided some light snacks and a farewell breakfast which was lovely of her
The owners were absolutely lovely, they take care of you from the first moment.
They explain to you everything inside the room, the facilities and how to use them.
My room was absolutely lovely, an independent bathroom and a little hallway between the bathroom and the room's door where it was possible to have a coffee or a little breakfast as you have a little fridge for yourself.
In the common space there is also the microwave.
The swimming pool makes this place absolutely a must if you don't want to go to the beach but just have a relaxing day.
Place really cozy, staff is exceptional. The lady was really kind. It felt like home.
Unbelievably clean, very spacious. Very secure parking. The host could not have been more helpful and pleasant.
I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to stay in this area.
