The house was very modern and new. It was well equipped and cosy. We were a family of 5, with 3 kids of 9, 5.5 and 1. 5 years old. We could all stay very comfortably in the house. The kids loved it. We could cook and watch tv and relax in the breaks. Giulia was always available for any question or clarification we needed. Super excellent position in the center of the city with free parking and facilities at walking distance.
It is a well kept loft with everything we need.
It has a very good space and it's very clean.
And the rooftop terrace is with amazing space and view.
We like the interior design a lot, that's how we will like our house to be when we have one.
The only downside is no elevator, so make sure you don't have big luggage~

The House was very clean, well equipped and modern. We truly enjoyed the view from the balcony and the terrace! Very easy parking nearby.
Giulia is a super host and the apartment is very well located. I would highly recommend this place. It is easy to go to Rome from Frascati train station.
