We reached around 10 PM and owner was waiting for us to handover key, Apartment was very neat & clean. All necessary basic utensils were available in the kitchen. Towels, slippers, washing machine, hair dryer everything was available. He informed us in advance for USD. 50 for deposit but he didn't take anything. At the time of check out he just came and we handed over the key. Flat is located at downtown and all major sight seeing and landmark places are nearby. We enjoyed the stay.
The apartment is nice and clean. The location is also very strategic. to green bazaar, cathedral, and mosque can be reached by walking. The owner of the apartment was very helpful, when we had problems when buying tickets 1 day tour almaty she helped us to explain to the tour agent, so that our plan could run smoothly.
