Location, infrastructure, close to the metro station and bus stop, cafes, grocery store,.
The studio was open and spacious, with a great view of Kazakh snow capped mountains. Room facilities were great, you can even do your own cooking and laundry! Location is exceptional as well, not near the center but very good access to Sairan Metro at the corner of the building lot (to which our group tour collection point was, this ended up being very convenient for us). Restaurants and 24/7 supermarkets were also at the ground floor of the building.
The owner/manager Zhanni was also formerly a UAE resident, speaks English and very helpful. He assisted with showing us the room, facilities and with all the access codes to the gates/doors. No keys required.
Highly recommended especially for 2-3 guests!!!
Красивый вид на горы, большая просторная квартира во всеми удобствами. Понравилось что много пространства и минимализм.

아파트처럼 모든 물품이 다 갖춰져 있어서 편하게 지냈습니다
Очень понравилась квартира, все было чисто, уютно и прилагались все удобства для проживания, было очень комфортное общение с хозяйкой, без проблем помогала и все грамотно объясняла, очень рада, что нашла эту квартиру, если будут еще дела в Алмате, то обязательно вернусь🙌🏼
