Perfect location, 2 minutes walk to US Embassy. Nearby is a large park and many cafes.

This property is perfection in every way, it really enhanced my three nights in Astana. The number one feature is the view which is simply a wow. You're on the top floor of this building (28th) and the panorama is gorgeous, particularly at night. Everything is immaculate and feels new. The bed is real comfy and the kitchen is beyond well-stocked. There's all these nice little touches often not found when you rent an apartment...paper towels, toiletries including cotton swabs, laundry detergent, a separate tap for filtered water. Communication with the nice host was quick and easy and he speaks excellent English. Location-wise it's a long walk to the Baiterek Tower area but very convenient if you're going to the railway station, the #3 bus goes there and the stop is right across the street. I simply loved it.

Пожалуй, это лучшие апартаменты, в которых я останавливалась. Накануне мне поступила подробная видеоинструкция по заселению, хозяин встретил по приезде и вежливо все рассказал. Квартира очень чистая и просторная, современный ремонт. Есть все необходимое: посуда, полотенца, чай и кофе, принадлежности для ванны, фен. С балкона квартиры открывается прекрасный вид на город. В квартире было очень тихо и спокойно. Отдельной благодарности заслуживает кровать с ортопедическим матрасом и подушками. В жилом комплексе есть небольшой продуктовый магазин, а на первом этаже располагается кафе, где можно не только выпить чашку кофе, но и полноценно пообедать. Рядом есть большой парк, музей, несколько необычных архитектурных сооружений, мечеть.
Замечательные апартаменты, суперчистые, абсолютно всё есть, идеальное расположение рядом с консульством США, в шаговой доступности магазины, кафе и рестораны. Очень приветливая хозяйка Таисия, встретила, всё рассказала, жили 4 дня, всё идеально! Спасибо огромное, в мае, собираемся к вам снова!
