Communication with host was easy and prompt. She helped us find the apartment and waited for us for check in. The apartment has all the necessary amenities and is in a good location with mini market down stairs and a supermarket and grocery store just 5 min away. The view from the high floor is great. AC both in the living room and in the bedroom.

Incredible stay. Spacious and immaculate. Places of interest at a walking distance, metro only a few blocks away to access rest of city. Mini market just outside building was a great convenience. Special thank you to Gulnara for being so accommodating and welcoming.

Stayed again for 4 days after the initial 2 days of arriving in almaty. Kazakhstan is a beautiful place to visit. This was a good accomodation. Details present in earlier review.

Good modern apartment with all facilities. The lady was very helpful and punctual. Difficult to find maybe. But she comes down to collect us so not a prob. There is a supermarket nearby and car parking was also easy.
