The apartment was exceptionally well located and clean. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely prefer Nadezhda on Nauryzbai Batyr once again.

A very neat, clean, well located apartment full of facilities from A to Z. Owner Konstantin was very polite, responsive and helpful all the time. If I come back to Almaty again, I would definitely stay there again.
I had a fantastic stay in Almaty. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and had everything you could ask for. It was in a great central location, close to shops, cafes, and public transport. Communication with the host was excellent. They were responsive, helpful, and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
