Great value and location - couldn’t find a better deal in Almaty. Very clean and cozy apartment. Top floor with lift as well. The owner was very responsive and gave great recommendations.

Great location and very responsive host. As bonus you get great view to mountains from the balcony.

It is a simple apartment with useful amenities. Check in was easy, location very central. We could walk to the nearby mall that opens till late. We used the kitchen to prepare simple meal for breakfast. It has a separate shower and toilet, useful as we are a group.

The place is great and spacious, with a cozy kitchen that has everything you need, including cooking wares. It’s conveniently located near a local mall, fast food outlets, and supermarkets. There’s even a small grocery store on the ground floor of the building where you can easily buy food and essentials. The owner, Mr. Konstantine, is very accommodating. He provided us with detailed information about local stores, including directions and operating hours. Both the place and the owner come highly recommended. Two big thumbs up!
