The property is at the center of the city. Good ambience.
Property was clean and exactly as described. Though the owner does not know english, she took efforts to make us feel comfortable and at home. Property is located inthe heart of the city with bunch of tourist places within walking distance (if you are fine walking 2-3 kms). It is also well connected to public transport.
There is halyk bank in next block which was useful to retrieve cash.
Would recommend this place if you are looking for centrally located place in Almaty.

Owner Ms. Aigul is such a nice host. From welcoming with Kazakh chocolates and fruits to giving farewell with sweets. Ms. Aigul also helped us in making the payment via her bank account where cash was not acceptable. She also helped us in communicating with tour agency when the tour agent was not responding to the agreed tour.
Everything is perfect with the apartment. Close to Arbat street. Very clean. Spacious. There is nothing much to complain about. The building looks old but well maintained.
