The best thing about this hotel are the people who take care of it. They have all been kind, warm people, ready to help and looking for a solution to any problem no matter how small or more important it arises.
I liked the flexibility to adapt to the changes that arise. They speak Kazakh and Russian so if they are not one's own languages, prepare to use online translator. I requested clothes washing and they were delivered to me dry and fresh in three hours. The coffee at the reception is incredibly rich.

The staff is so welcoming and kind. Reception is very helpful and works 24/7. The bed is comfortable.
Price was pretty well.
The staff is very friendly. Checked out at early night without any problems.
Location is nice.
I liked the price and the room. Service was good. Can`t complaint about the cleanliness, I was satisfied.
Good location, walking distance to Hazret Sultan Mosque, Palace of Peace and Reconciliation, and National Museum of Kazakhstan.
