Small but very clean and comfortable apartment with many useful facilities. Well equipped kitchen, where we were able to prepare our own meals. Good communication with the owner.

Clean, good location, welcome drinks and you can enter without interacting with owner. Good communication, answers very quickly. Bed was very comfortable, you have everything you need in kitchen, there’s AC and TV. No toothbrush and toothpaste, but it was okay, I had everything with me.

The host is very attentive. We managed to check in early without extra payment. The place is located in a tranquil part of the city with an excellent public transport network, a bank, a mobile operator, and a supermarket nearby. This tiny studio has all the necessary. The TV with different paid channel options is a plus for freezy nights. There is a cleaning service every week included in the price, which we appreciate a lot.

The apartment was cozy, clean, with a balcony, a washing machine and everything you need to function there. We received instructions, a very nice lady was waiting for us at the accommodation, who welcomed us and gave us the keys. The apartment is located a short distance from the botanical garden, the area around the apartment is full of greenery and trees, quiet place. There are also great restaurants and shops nearby.

The owners were very helpful and always available if needed. The room has everything you need and probably more to make your stay enjoyable. The area is located very close to a beautiful botanical Gardens, River walks, parks and supermarkets/shopping malls are all nearby.
