The apartment was spotless. Location was great, walking distance to large park and to the downtown, while still remaining peaceful and quiet. Nice view of mountains. The hostess was very responsive and helpful. All essentials were included for kitchen and a bathroom. Good place to stay with a family; 2 bedrooms with full comfy beds and large reclinable sofa in the living room were very convenient for a family of 4 adults + a child. There is an enclosed playground our toddler enjoyed. Parking was available outside of the fenced-in yard. There are some grocery stores nearby. The check in process was seamless. We did enjoy our stay.

The collection of key was digital, the owner Mrs. Natalie send you the codes via WhatsApp and is soo polite to even come there physically to receive and welcome us. she even suggested good places to see around and made our stay feel very warm and comfortable. rooms were maintained very neat and clean with all amenities required. the view from the balcony and windows are amazing. the balcony view is towards shymbulak mountains and this was pure bliss. i surely will visit once again and stay in the same property.
