Good location. On tram line and easy to get around. Owner was very easy to deal with and was very responsive before arrival and during our stay. He carried our bags up to the apartment and down again when we left., apartment was well maintained and very clean. Having a supermarket at the bottom of the building was very handy.

Отличная уютная квартира, подойдёт для семьи с 2мя детьми. Всё очень понравилось, хозяин очень доброжелательный, помогал по всем вопросам, все время был на связи. Рядом расположен продуктовый магазин и кафе-столовая. Недалеко от Арбата и других достопримечательностей.
Местоположение удобное для моей работы было.
Книги хорошие, в свободное время можно было почитать.
Всё что требуется для проживания имеется.
