The stay was very comfortable, and the property was well-maintained and clean. The owner was incredibly nice and friendly. Even though she spoke Russian and I spoke English, we used a translator to communicate, and she made sure I was well taken care of. The kitchen, rooms, and entire property were spotless and well-managed.

Lovely receptionist! I stayed at this place twice. She was very hospitable and treated me like family! Great location, fairly central and not far from Arbat/Zhibek Zholy. I think there was a direct bus from the airport. They charge per 24 hours, so your checkout time is 24 hours from check-in. Complimentary use of the washing machine once a week and the receptionist did it for me to make sure my washing was dry and ready for my departure. They also offer luggage storage, although it costs 500 tenge if you depart early in the day and need to leave your bag until the evening. A range of payment methods was accepted.
