Super clean and complete unit, convenient location. The owner is friendly and helpful. He provides everything guests need. We really appreciate that he allowed us to check out late as we have a night flight to catch.

Perfect location on a quiet Karasay Batyr street in the center of the city, great restaurants and shops within a walking distance. The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable. The host, Nurlan, was very helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend this place for solo travelers or small families.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at these wonderful apartments in the heart of Almaty, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience. The location is unbeatable, right in the center of the city. The apartment itself was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully maintained. I was especially impressed by how clean and well-kept everything was, which really made me feel at home. The host was exceptionally hospitable and courteous. From the moment I arrived, Nurlan went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed, offering helpful tips and always being available for any questions or assistance. Their warmth and professionalism truly enhanced my stay. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Almaty. You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful renovated apartment with everything possible to make a perfect stay including chocolate in the fridge

Perfect location (despite being on the 4th floor), spacious apartment which had everything in it: from a first-aid kit to an umbrella. There are a couple of cafes in the building, but it doesn’t smell in the apartment, which is great. The host is super supportive - I forgot the cash in a suitcase, and he still let me in and came for the money later that day. He also left a bottle of water and a bar of local chocolate as a compliment. Highly recommend this place!
