New, clean and with appliances. Place was comfortable and located in an area that has access to malls, groceries and restaurants.
Modern and very comfortable. Expensive on the scale of Almaty accommodation, but probably worth the extra spend.
Close to Sairan metro station 10-15 minutes walk.
2 mins walk to excellent Turkish restaurant.
During my stay in the property from 15.11.24 and 19.11.24, I exprienced that the apatt. is new. neat and clean and having most modern amenities. The owner is very co-operative and the location is on 12 th floor. Excellent accomodation.

Останавливались на две ночи — всё очень понравилось. Квартира уютная, чистая, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Особенно порадовали кофемашина, фильтры для воды и бесконтактное заселение — всё продумано до мелочей. Расположение отличное, всё рядом и удобно. Рекомендуем!

Квартира очень красивая, чистая. Оснащена всем необходимым и даже больше. Хозяева квартиры все до мелочей продумали и предоставили.
