Very nice and clean apartment. Lots of space, and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location as well, near shops, large supermarket and the botanical garden.

This one bedroom apartment has everything you need in about 30 square meters of space. The bedroom has an AC, a magnificent view off the balcony, and a decent amount of space. The kitchen should be able to accommodate two people. It's on the third floor, no lift. The owners are exceptionally polite. I recommend this place to anyone. Last but not the least, the location is superb; tucked in lush greenery, this quiet street is just a building away from the Botanical Garden's main entrance, which makes it also easy to navigate around the city, especially if you're planning to catch a bus to the other central areas of the city.

The location. It is directly across the road from the stunning Botanic Gardens. It is an interesting walk to the magnificent Art Museum. It is in walking distance of many corner shops. Having a kitchen to cook our own meals. The washing machine. Privacy. The leafiness and snow capped mountain view. The everydayness of the neighbourhood. Atmosphere.

Великолепная квартира, чистенькая, как будто совсем недавно сдают. Все принадлежности в хорошем состоянии: утюг, фен, сушилка, стиральная машина. Район тихий и недалеко от центра, рядом много кафе и магазинов) в общем, мы максимально довольны выбором. Хозяин во всех вопросах идет на встречу и очень вежливый !) Отличный вид из окна, чистый подъезд, есть все необходимое для проживания.
