Very easy check in and check out. The communication was smooth and hassle free. The apartment was larger than expected and much closer to the water than I thought. It was also just a short walk away from the very nice beaches that have made Seven Mile famous. You walk around a traffic tunnel. There is a dedicated sidewalk for this and three minutes later you are on the side where the beaches are wider and most of the expensive hotels, condos, restaurants are located. The host checked in multiple times to make sure that I had all that I needed. VERY proactive and the price is the best deal for a very expensive island like Grand Cayman. Fantastic.

-location (beach was 2 min walk with almost private beach feel, good snorkeling due to reefs right in front of beach, perfect sunset view, walkable to camana bay, and may restaurants on 7th mile beach, bus stop right in front of condo) -amenities (free beach club pass next to condo with plenty of seating, nice pool with pool chairs, umbrella) -comfortable (private patio for coffee in the morning, equipped to cook, plenty of space, comfortable bed) -helpful host - Kim was very friendly and had great local advice! -secure area

What a great Host, was always in contact with us throughout the trip. Before we flew out received a text with information about the trip, As soon as we arrived another text with the next steps to arrive at our final destination. Once we arrived at the location she was there to greet us. This place is located in the perfect spot, It makes you feel like a local. What an awesome experience!!

Excellent location walking distance to everything we wanted

The property has great facilities and had fantastic amenities. The beach is absolutely stunning and is fairly quiet too. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
