Clean! Exactly as described. We traveled with a large group, so the location was perfect. Everyone could walk to several different restaurants. The grounds were kept clean at all times awell. - we rented 2 condos this trip.
The location being closer to George Town was a big bonus. It had a lot of restaurants that you could still walk to that weren’t crazy high end places. It also still had a little bit of beach front.
The RBC is located on the 7 mile strip right beside the Marriott and Locale hotel. It’s very central with restaurants, shopping and decent beach within walking distance.
It’s quiet and there is security at nights.
The check in process was easy and the apartment was modern. They provided a cleaning service but not on the Sunday.
Overall great
Clean, updated with good amenities. Eg. ample start up supplies, coffee maker, washer/dryer, ice maker, ceiling fans, TVs in all rooms, internet access and screened patio.
Place is beachfront, clean, big, beautiful and has this luxurious looks. It’s good for family or big group vacation rental
